Our selection of international menu includes poolside favorites and signature creations, designed to be enjoyed throughout the lounge. Embark on a culinary journey above the city at AURA.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and execution of private and corporate events, including luxury weddings and brand/product launches.Act as a key point of contact for HNW and corporate clients throughout the planning process, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience.Coordinate with clients' event, brand, or PR teams to align on event requirements, branding, and sensitivities.Manage event logistics across F&B, floor, bar, AV/production, and external vendors.Prepare event proposals, run-of-show documents, and floor plans tailored to each client's requirements.Oversee on-site event execution, managing timelines and troubleshooting issues in real time.Support budgeting, costing, and post-event reporting for each event.Maintain relationships with luxury vendors, planners, and agencies to support future bookings.Ensure all events meet AURA's brand and service standards, alongside any client-specific brand requirements.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 3-4 years' events experience, ideally as a Senior Events Executive or equivalent within luxury hotels or premium hospitality venues.Proven experience managing high-profile corporate clients (e.g., luxury/fashion brands) and/or luxury weddings — single-client, high-touch event experience strongly preferred over high-volume event coordination alone.Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, with the discretion and polish required for HNW and corporate accounts.Experience coordinating with external brand, PR, or production teams.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, comfortable managing multiple events at different planning stages simultaneously.Good English communication skills; additional languages an advantage given the clientele.Flexible to work event-driven schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
