Assistant Manager - Finance (Accounts Receivable)

At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance (Accounts Receivable) to support financial operations and receivables management from our Noida, India office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking to strengthen their expertise in accounting, reporting, and financial controls within a fast-paced organisation.Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager - Finance (AR) will support Accounts Receivable operations, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and book closure activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to improve financial performance and collections effectiveness.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities and monitor outstanding receivables Support monthly and annual financial closing processes Prepare reconciliations, reports, and financial schedules Monitor customer ageing and support collection improvement initiatives Assist in P&L reporting, variance analysis, and financial reviews Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, and reporting requirements Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related issues Contribute to process optimisation and finance transformation initiatives Support audit requirements and finance governance activitiesWhat We're Looking For 5–8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including Accounts Receivable Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Exposure to financial closing, reconciliations, and business reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in audit firms or audit environments will be preferred Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independentlyEducational Qualifications MBA in Finance, CA Inter, or equivalent finance qualification from a recognised institutionWhy Join EFS Facilities Services?
