MISSION: To provide Combat Training and Anti-Drone solutions through innovative and cost-effective solutions.Role Overview:The Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts will support quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries. The role combines Ind AS and consolidation expertise with product costing, financial analytics, internal controls and cross-functional coordination to support accurate reporting and sound financial decision-making.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support finalization of quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements across the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Ensure accounting treatments and reporting are aligned with applicable Ind AS requirements and support statutory audit closure.
• Review sub-ledger accounting across subsidiaries and support accurate, timely monthly closing.
• Design and maintain product costing models covering manufacturing, R&D and engineering costs across defence projects.
• Analyze budgeted versus actual project costs, identify variances and leakages, and support margin-improvement initiatives.
• Perform financial analytics on subsidiary performance, cash burn, inventory valuation and other operational finance metrics.
• Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and support financial governance across the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Legal and other teams for financial inputs, inter-company accounting and compliance requirements.
• Support direct and indirect taxation and prepare clear management presentations for finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Ind AS, standalone and multi-entity consolidated financial reporting.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, corporate taxation and finance compliance.
• Experience in product costing, project cost analysis, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong financial analytics skills; exposure to data visualization tools preferred.
• Understanding of IFC, audit coordination and ERP-based multi-entity accounting environments.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.Education & Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
