Its passionate culinary team aims to deliver high-quality, flavorful, and nutritious meals to clients wherever they are in the world.Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance role at NEAT India is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, Inventory management, and monitoring cash flows. The Assistant Manager Finance will assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budgets, and will track expenses and revenues against targets. Will need to do TDS and GST calculation and filing . This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as auditors, vendors, and banks to ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The position also includes reviewing financial data for accuracy, supporting process improvements, and contributing to financial planning to help drive sustainable growth.QualificationsStrong foundation in accounting and finance, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting.Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with the ability to analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.Experience with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of spreadsheets, formulas, and basic financial models.Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to Indian businesses, especially in the food or healthcare sector.Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA/ICWA/CMA/MBA Finance) are an advantage.
