If you enjoy working with numbers, solving business challenges, and creating efficient financial systems, this role is for you.The Impact You'll DriveFinancial Accounting & ReportingSupport the timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.Ensure accurate accounting of financial transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.Prepare and review journal entries, provisions, accruals, depreciation, and reconciliations.Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger and ensure accurate financial records.Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.Cost ManagementMonitor direct and indirect costs to identify optimization opportunities.Support product costing, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.Track departmental expenses against budgets and highlight key variances.Partner with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness.Budgeting, MIS & Business InsightsAssist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Generate monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.Conduct profitability and variance analysis across business units, projects, and clients.Provide financial insights that support business planning and decision-making.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely statutory filings.Support continuous improvement of financial controls and compliance processes.Cash Flow & Working Capital ManagementMonitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital.Assist in cash planning and liquidity management.Support inventory valuation and financial reconciliations where applicable.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve finance processes.Strengthen internal controls and support implementation of best accounting practices.Collaborate with business teams to improve financial planning and reporting accuracy.The Skills That Seal the DealWhat You'll Bring4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.BCom, M Com, Semi Qualified CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.Strong understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.Experience working with ERP systems such as Tally Prime or similar platforms.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act regulations.Experience in Service Sector preferrably Advertising , manufacturing or process-driven industries is an advantage.
