As the business grows, SOI 55 Thai Kitchen is strengthening its financial management capabilities to support sustainable expansion and operational excellence.Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Utama, responsible for supporting key finance and accounting activities of SOI 55 Thai Kitchen. Including to maintain accurate financial records, preparing monthly reports and ICO reconciliations, and preparing consolidated accounts. The role supports cash flow monitoring, and compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements. The Assistant Manager Finance collaborates closely with the management team to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and help improve overall financial performance. This role also assists in implementing and refining financial processes, internal controls, and systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.QualificationsStrong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of management reports.Experience with group consolidation and NCI reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), including reconciliations and data analysis.Knowledge of local financial regulations, tax compliance, and basic audit requirements.Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams.Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and discretion in handling confidential financial information.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in a similar finance or accounting role; experience in restaurant or retail operations is a plus.Chinese speaking candidate is advantageous Ability to work on-site in Bandar Utama and align with F&B operations.
