قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجFinancial Operations & Management Oversee the day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Treasury, and Cash Management functions. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management accounts and financial statements. Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure prompt resolution of outstanding items. Monitor daily cash positions, collections, payments, and banking transactions. Support operational departments by providing financial analysis and performance insights. Review and monitor revenue reporting from Golf Operations, F&B outlets, events, membership, and other club-related activities. Oversee the Fixed Asset Management System to ensure proper tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and safeguarding of assets. F&B and Golf Business Performance Monitor and analyse F&B revenue, food costs, beverage costs, wastage, inventory variances, and overall profitability. Work closely with F&B and Golf Operations teams to improve cost efficiency and operational performance. Review menu pricing proposals, banquet packages, golfing packages, promotions, and business cases to ensure profitability. Perform financial and operational analyses for Club activities and business initiatives. Prepare periodic performance reports and recommendations for Management. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance Manage the timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate tax returns, SST/GST (where applicable), withholding tax, e-Invoicing requirements, and other statutory submissions. Liaise with tax consultants, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders on tax-related matters. Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management Coordinate the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts across all departments. Review departmental budgets and provide financial guidance to management. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Prepare and review cash flow projections to ensure adequate liquidity and efficient utilization of resources. Audit & Financial Reporting Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors on audit matters. Review statutory financial statements and supporting schedules to ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS). Ensure audit issues and recommendations are addressed promptly and effectively. Feasibility Studies & Business Support Review financial feasibility studies, investment proposals, and business cases for new projects and initiatives. Monitor project performance against approved financial projections and targets. Evaluate operational and capital expenditure proposals to ensure financial viability. Provide financial support, analysis, and advisory services to various departments. Participate in management and project meetings to provide financial insights and recommendations. Internal Control & Governance Ensure financial transactions comply with Group policies, procedures, and approved authority limits. Review and strengthen internal controls, business processes, and financial procedures. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support risk management and governance initiatives across the organization. Strategic Commercial Act as a strategic partner to operations, advising on pricing, promotions, and investment decisions. Drive automation and lean processes to strengthen efficiency. Implement dashboards and BI tools for clearer performance visibility. Leadership & People Development Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members to achieve departmental objectives. Review staff performance and provide guidance on technical and operational matters. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and teamwork within the Finance Department.Professional Experience Minimum 5-8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in hospitality, golf club, resort, leisure, or Food & Beverage (F&B) operations is highly preferred. Qualification Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
