قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout OmniwiseEstablished in 1995, Omniwise International Group of Companies (OIGC) is a diversified Malaysian group with businesses spanning aircraft ground handling, film production, mobile water treatment, smart energy solutions, food and beverage, information technology, and international trade.About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially minded and analytical Assistant Manager, Finance to manage core finance responsibilities and support the CEO and senior management on strategic projects, business transformation, tenders, and performance improvement initiatives.This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys working beyond traditional accounting and contributing directly to business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management reporting, and full sets of accounts.Analyse financial and operational performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS, statutory requirements, financial controls, and internal policies.Prepare financial models, management reports, proposals, and professional presentation decks.Support strategic projects, business transformation, cost optimisation, and organisational improvement initiatives.Coordinate financial and commercial inputs for tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.Work closely with finance, operations, HR, and other departments to improve business performance.Key PrioritiesDuring the first 12-18 months, the successful candidate will be expected to:Establish clearer Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow visibility.Develop profitability reporting across major subsidiaries, clients and contracts.Complete a structured finance diagnostic and improvement roadmap.Strengthen investment-evaluation, management-reporting and decision-support processes.Identify measurable opportunities to improve profitability, controls and operating efficiency.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.At least three years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, financial planning, or a related field.Strong experience in full sets of accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Good knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, statutory compliance, and financial controls.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and meet strict deadlines.Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent, as well as experience in audit, consulting, process improvement, business transformation, or organisational development, will be an advantage.**Candidates with Big4/MBB, audit, consulting, or corporate finance experience are encouraged to apply.What We OfferDirect exposure to the CEO, Board of Directors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.Involvement in strategic projects across multiple industries.Broader experience across finance, strategy, transformation, tenders, and operational improvement.Opportunities for career progression into finance leadership, business management, or strategy roles.A professional environment that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Remuneration and Performance IncentiveSalary Range of RM6,000–RM7,500 per month (commensurate with experience).Additional performance incentive of 3%–5% of verified cost savings successfully implemented.Opportunities for salary and role progression based on performance, contribution, and expanded responsibilities.Applicants seeking broader management exposure and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business performance are encouraged to apply.
