Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the full finance function of the Singapore entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective financial controls, and efficient finance operations. Operating in a lean environment, the role requires a strong technical accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements while partnering with stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.Your Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Finance Manager you will:Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities, including month-end closing and financial reporting.Prepare financial reports, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to support business performance and management decision-making.Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST preparation and submission, statutory reporting, and adherence to Group accounting policies and internal controls.Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare supporting schedules, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of audit and statutory requirements.Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and controls, including supporting ERP implementation, finance transformation initiatives, and standardisation of finance policies and procedures.Undertake ad hoc finance projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Director.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification.Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in a hands-on Senior Accountant or Assistant Finance Manager role.Strong knowledge of FRS, GST, and Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements.Experience with ERP systems; exposure to ERP implementation or system migration projects will be an advantage.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Our commitment to youAs an employer of choice, our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
