Job Responsibilities:·      Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations, delivering strategic insights and recommendations to the Management.·      Oversee all aspects of accounting operations including journal vouchers, credit/debit notes, expense booking, and ensure compliance with internal controls.·      Assist to establish and continuously refine accounting policies, systems, and processes, scaling the finance function as the company grows.·      Manage/Supervise transactions across general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and statutory financial reporting.·      Ensure timely and accurate GST/TDS return filing and compliance with all statutory requirements.·      Direct asset management, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation schedules, and disposal reporting.·      Guarantee timely completion and submission of annual tax reports to the authorities; lead payments of TDS and GST to respective institutions.·      Oversee filing of finance-related documents and manage accurate data collection for invoicing and audit readiness.·      Perform and review bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash flow reporting.·      Conduct credit card reconciliations and oversee expense tracking for compliance and accuracy.·      Working on costing and budgeting processes, including variance analysis, cost optimization strategies, and profitability assessments.·      Provide financial risk analysis, scenario planning, and options briefings to management for informed decision-making.·      Partner with procurement and operations to align financial planning with asset management and resource allocation.·      Assist to mentor and develop the finance team, building a high-performing department aligned with organizational goals.Qualifications:·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.·      Minimum 6–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.·      Strong expertise in accounting theory, principles, and practices, with proven ability to manage complex financial operations.·      Demonstrated experience in costing, budgeting, and financial planning at organizational scale.  ·      Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.·      Ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and present clear options analysis to management.·      Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.·      Experience in procurement, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration.·      Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and scale finance teams.
