Medlounges provides home medical care services, including home visits by physicians and wellness teams, home drug delivery, and lab sample collection. The centre also features a fitness facility, accommodation options, a wellness-focused restaurant, and an active medical tourism channel operating across multiple countries.Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance is a full-time, on-site role based at the Medlounges facility in Tiruvalla. This role supports the financial management of hospital and wellness centre operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring departmental expenditures. The Assistant Manager Finance oversees daily accounting activities such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements, as well as preparing periodic management reports and dashboards. The Assistant Manager Finance collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to analyze financial performance, optimize cost structures, and support strategic initiatives related to medical services, wellness programs, and medical tourism.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and compliance, including preparation of statements, adherence to regulatory standards, and support for internal and external audits.Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools, along with attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple financial processes and deadlines in a healthcare setting.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clinical, administrative, and management teams.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.Experience in healthcare, hospital finance, or multi-department service organizations is preferred, along with familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes.
