Key Responsibilities
Prepare month-end executive presentations with key performance metrics, insights, and trends.Track utilization, realization, bill rates, rate variance, and margin performance.Forecast production and analyze capacity versus utilization to support planning and decision-making.Ensure compliance with time-entry policies across regions and highlight discrepancies.Assist in designing Power BI dashboards and collaborate with our Business Intelligence team to build the reports.Perform variance and trend analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and prepare KPI summaries and bridges.Partner with Operational Leadership, BP&A, and Analytics teams.Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.Manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, escalating risks and delivering high-quality outputs on time.Preferred Knowledge & Skills:Graduation in any stream5-8 years of experience in reporting; FP&A background preferred, with prior exposure to a CPA firm being an added advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with an inquisitive mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to senior leadership.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting tools.Ability to work independently across multiple regions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Perks & Benefits:Ø Competitive remuneration and benefits package: · Insurance Benefits – Health Insurance cover for family include 2 parents, OPD & Term life Insurance.· Paid time off - Parental leaves (Maternity & Paternity leaves), Paid Leaves· Work life Harmony - Hybrid work model· Mobility Benefits - Relocation benefits and door to door transportation· Retiral Benefits - Employee PF Contribution, Gratuity, Leave EncashmentØ Once in a lifetime opportunity to set up offshore business for one of the 10th largest Financial Services and CPA firm in the US.Ø Chance to work with a team of talented and passionate individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality work to our clients.Ø The opportunity to thrive in a high-performance environment while contributing to the foundation of a new division.
