CLIENT: Leading Shipping & Freight CompanyDESIGNATION: Assistant Manager – FinanceLOCATION: Colombo, Sri LankaPACKAGE: LKR 200,000 Gross per monthOVERVIEW:We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support the finance function of a leading company in the Shipping & Freight industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activitiesHandle management accounts, reconciliations, and financial analysisSupport budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closingEnsure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirementsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance mattersPRE-REQUISITES:3 - 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experienceShipping & Freight industry experience is mandatoryPart/full qualification in CIMA, CA, or ACCAStrong knowledge of accounting and financial reportingGood analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
