قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Purpose:To establish, own and operate the Company's Financial Planning & Analysis function as the sole dedicated FP&A resource – supporting the CFO / Accounts & Finance Director in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, project profitability, variance analysis, investment appraisal and fundraising – and to serve as the reviewer and approver of the monthly GL close and co-preparer of the monthly management reporting pack under this Accounting and Financial Manual.Roles & Responsibilities:A. Monthly Close, Financial Control & Reporting SupportCoordinate closely with the Accounts and Financial Control team throughout the monthly close to ensure timely completion of all sub-ledger and general ledger close cycles.Review and approve the GL close and monthly accruals prepared by the Manager – Accounts and Financial Control, challenging the completeness and reasonableness of accruals, provisions and estimates against budget and forecast expectations before the period is locked in Zoho Books.Jointly prepare the monthly accounts and management reporting pack together with the Manager – Accounts and Financial Control, for review and approval by the CFO.Produce statements of profit or loss (monthly and year-to-date) by business vertical and consolidated, with comparison to budget, forecast and prior year.Prepare the statement of financial position movement analysis, cash flow summary, and working-capital KPIs (DSO, DPO, cash conversion).Ensure management reporting is consistent with IFRS as endorsed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Company's approved accounting policies.B. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning:Prepare and consolidate the annual financial budget across the Experience, Media and Publishing verticals and at group level, in coordination with department and vertical heads.Prepare rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly re-forecasts) and maintain the Company's integrated financial model (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow).Proactively manage the FP&A needs of the Company, including annual planning calendars, budget templates, and assumptions books.Develop and maintain driver-based planning models and scenario/sensitivity analysis to support management decision-making.Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity projections to support treasury and working-capital planning.C. Variance Analysis & Business Partnering:Prepare monthly actual-versus-budget and actual-versus-forecast variance analysis with clear commentary on the drivers of significant deviations.Partner with the business verticals and department heads to explain results, track corrective actions, and improve forecast accuracy.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost-control initiatives, and profitability by vertical, client and service line.Support the CFO in Board and management reporting, including preparation of financial sections of Board packs and performance dashboards.D. Project P&L, Costing & Budgeting:Prepare monthly project-wise profit-and-loss statements, project costing and project budgeting across the Company's engagements.Monitor project margins, cost-to-completion and budget-versus-actual performance at project level, and flag margin erosion or overruns.Coordinate with delivery and business teams to ensure accurate project cost capture, revenue recognition alignment (per the Company's revenue policy) and timely close of completed projects.E. Investment Appraisal, Fundraising & Corporate Finance:Assist the CFO in preparing investment appraisals and business cases, including NPV, IRR, payback and return analysis for capital and strategic investments.Support the preparation of pitch decks, information memoranda and fundraise materials, including the SAR 50M fundraising and the Company's IPO-readiness (Tadawul/Nomu) workstreams.Build and maintain valuation and financial models to support fundraising, M&A, and shareholder reporting.Support due-diligence processes and data-room preparation as required.F. FP&A Function Build-out & Continuous Improvement:Assist the CFO in establishing, strengthening and implementing an effective FP&A function for the Company, including processes, templates, policies and reporting cadence.As the sole dedicated FP&A resource at Extend, own the end-to-end FP&A cycle – planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis – and act as the primary point of contact for all FP&A matters.Enhance financial systems and reporting automation, working within Zoho Books and related tools, to improve the timeliness and quality of management information.Contribute to the annual review of this Accounting and Financial Manual insofar as it relates to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and the GL close approval role.Required Qualification: Professionally qualified accountant – ACCA (or equivalent, e.g. CA / CMA / CPA); MBA in Finance advantageous. Big4 or Audit Firm experience is must Preferred Qualification ACCA member, with a recognized financial modelling or FP&A certification an advantage. Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant FP&A, financial control or corporate finance experience, ideally within a group / multi-entity environment.Technical Skills: Financial planning, budgeting and rolling forecasting Advanced financial modelling and valuation (DCF, NPV, IRR) Management reporting, variance analysis and KPI/dashboard design Project costing, project P&L and profitability analysis IFRS (as endorsed in KSA) and financial control Investment appraisal, pitch-deck preparation and fundraising support ERP and reporting tools – Zoho Books (Company ERP); SAP / other ERP experience an advantage Advanced Microsoft Excel; strong PowerPoint and data-presentation skillsBehavioral Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail Business partnering, communication and stakeholder-management skills Ability to work independently and own a function end-to-end Commercial acumen and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset Ability to manage deadlines within the monthly close and reporting calendar
