The role will work closely with finance stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely closures, and meaningful MIS insights to support business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive monthly MIS and financial closures, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.Support FP&A activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Manage and review general ledger, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Support statutory audit and financial audit requirements, including preparation and sharing of relevant schedules and supporting documentation.Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve accounting, reporting, and financial data discrepancies.Prepare and analyze MIS reports and financial dashboards to provide actionable business insights.Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and finance processes.Support process improvements and automation initiatives across finance and reporting activities.What We’re Looking ForCA freshers preferred.Alternatively, B.Com graduates with 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, controllership, FP&A, or financial reporting.Strong experience in statutory audit, accounting, general ledger, controllership, MIS, and month-end closure.Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/financial systems is preferred.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ideal Candidate Profile: A finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting and controllership, who can independently manage closures and MIS while also contributing to broader FP&A and business finance activities.
