قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly driven and commercially aware Assistant Finance Manager (AFM) to support the Finance function at MOBI in Singapore. The role will centrally manage banking relationships, banking infrastructure risk, and financial institution networks across the group. A key focus of this role is identifying, applying for, and securing government incentives, grants, banking schemes, and financial support programmes available in Singapore. The candidate will also support financial closing activities, reporting, and operational finance initiatives while working closely with FP&A, Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and Senior Management teams. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives independently.Key Responsibilities:Banking & Financial Institution ManagementCentrally manage and maintain relationships with banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.Coordinate banking documentation, onboarding, KYC requests, reviews, and account maintenance activities.Monitor banking-related operational and financial risks and escalate issues proactively.Support optimisation of banking structures, account setups, and banking network efficiencies.Maintain visibility over bank-related incentives, commercial arrangements, and partnership opportunities.Act as the primary point of contact between MOBI and banking institutions, resolving discrepancies and service issues as they arise.Incentives, Grants & Scheme ManagementIdentify relevant Singapore government grants, tax incentives, fintech schemes, banking incentives, and industry support programmes.Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess eligibility and business applicability of available schemes.Prepare and coordinate grant applications, supporting documentation, financial data, and submissions.Liaise with regulators, banks, government agencies, and external consultants where required.Track application statuses, compliance requirements, reporting obligations, and successful fund procurement.Maintain a centralised tracker of available incentives and active applications.Financial Closing & Finance OperationsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.Support reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, and reporting schedules.Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.Assist in preparing management reports and finance presentations.Support process improvements and finance operational efficiency initiatives.Risk, Controls & CoordinationEnsure proper documentation and control standards are maintained for banking and finance activities.Support implementation of finance SOPs and governance processes.Coordinate across Treasury, Accounts, Settlement, Compliance, and Operations teams on finance-related initiatives.Assist management with strategic finance and operational projects as required.Driving Strategic Initiatives (FP&A)Support the FP&A team in driving strategic initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A),fundraising, and IPO-related workstreams.Assist in preparing financial analysis, business cases, and due diligence materials for strategic projects.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on strategic finance initiatives as required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking relationships, or financial operations.Prior exposure to Singapore grants, fintech incentives, MAS-related schemes, or government support programmes is highly preferred.Experience working with banks, payment institutions, fintechs, or financial services environments is advantageous.Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
