Team members join a company that values ethical practices, innovation, and a strong sense of place.Role Description The Assistant Manager Front Office is a full-time, on-site role based at CGH Earth Experience Hotels in Alappuzha. This role oversees day-to-day front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservation handling, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. The Assistant Manager Front Office supports and guides the front office team, monitors guest feedback, and works to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction aligned with CGH Earth’s standards of responsible hospitality. Daily activities include managing guest inquiries, handling escalations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. The role also contributes to training staff, optimizing office workflows, and enhancing the overall guest experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Customer Service skills, with experience in managing reception operations and guest interactions.Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction, including handling feedback, resolving concerns, and maintaining consistent service quality.Candidates should possess Office Administration capabilities, such as managing documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.Prior experience in hotel or resort front office management, preferably in a premium or boutique hospitality environment, is beneficial.Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer proficiency is advantageous.Ability to lead teams, work in shifts, and maintain composure in a fast-paced guest-facing environment is preferred.A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
