With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. We are looking for an Assistant Manager Fulfilment Operations to join our Dubai Mall team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery operations, with a proven track record of managing or building operations in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment. Role Overview:The AM Fulfillment Operations will be the on-ground execution lead for the Dubai Mall fulfilment operation. This is a greenfield build - the person joining will help set up and run a dual-function facility (Consolidation Center and FBN Warehouse) from scratch, alongside managing hyperlocal and same-day/next-day delivery operations across Dubai and UAE. This is a build role, not a maintenance role. 1. Consolidation Center and Warehouse OperationsOwn the physical setup and daily operations of the CC and FBN warehouse at Hall 5, Zabeel ParkThe facility serves two functions: (a) consolidation of store-picked orders for packaging and dispatch, and (b) warehousing of brand inventory (FBN) for direct fulfillment without store involvementBuild and document all CC and warehouse SOPs from scratch - inbound receiving, putaway, QC, packaging, outbound dispatch, cycle counts, and returns processingImplement and manage WMS for inventory accuracy and stock visibilityOwn CC and warehouse KPIs - throughput, inventory accuracy, SLA compliance, returns processing time2. Last Mile Delivery OperationsSet up and manage the Dubai Mall branded delivery fleet for hyperlocal (same-day, 1 hour) and same-day/next-day deliveries across Dubai and UAEBuild driver onboarding, briefing, route planning, and dispatch processesManage daily dispatch operations and real-time exception handlingOwn delivery KPIs - on-time rate, failed delivery rate, COD reconciliation, return-to-CC rate3. Team Building and ManagementHire, onboard, and manage CC workers, runners, cart drivers, and driversManage two Supervisors (Picking and CC / Delivery Fleet) and their respective ground teamsManage shift planning, attendance, and day-to-day performanceDevelop team leads from within the ground team4. Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with Seller Ops team on inbound handover standards and store-level packaging complianceCoordinate with noon tech team on WMS, runner app, driver app, and inventory sync readinessFlag facility, MHE, and infrastructure gaps to Head of Fulfillment proactivelySupport Control Tower Executive on real-time monitoring and exception resolutionWhat you'll need:6-8+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or last mile operationsGreenfield or startup experience is essential - must have built a warehouse or delivery operation from scratch, not just managed an existing oneStrong WMS knowledge and hands-on warehouse management skills (slotting, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment)Last mile and delivery fleet management experience requiredTeam builder - must have hired and developed ground-level operations teamsData-driven - comfortable with KPI dashboards, shift reports, and exception managementE-commerce or quick commerce background strongly preferredUAE experience preferredThis is a floor role - the AM will be on the ground daily, especially during setup and launchWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
