Our transformative programs are a driving force to achieving Vision 2030, as well as leading the world towards regenerative tourism.Join RSG and be part of the positive change for Saudi Arabia and the world.Job PurposeExecute governance delivery for the assigned corporate portfolio to maintaining governance structures, policy compliance and delegation of authority arrangements.Functional/Technical ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities Review governance arrangements for the assigned portfolio, including committee support, decision rights and governance calendars within the assigned scope, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Review policy compliance within the assigned portfolio, tracking adoption, review dates and exceptions within the assigned scope, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Review delegation of authority schedules for the assigned portfolio, verifying authority levels against approved limits within the assigned scope, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Review governance committee papers, agendas, minutes and decision logs to the required standard within the assigned scope.Prepare governance records and registers for the assigned portfolio, ensuring completeness and auditability within the assigned scope.Review conflict of interest and disclosure declarations within the assigned portfolio within the assigned scope, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Prepare governance compliance within the assigned portfolio, escalating deviations to the section leader within the assigned scope.Support governance guidance and templates tailored to portfolio requirements within the assigned scope.Prepare governance assessments and maturity reviews within the assigned portfolio within the assigned scope, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Review with the Legal Division on portfolio-level statutory matters within the assigned scope, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Maintain on governance compliance, records status and outstanding actions within the assigned scope, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Prepare outputs produced within the assigned scope for accuracy, completeness and compliance before submission, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Self-Management ResponsibilitiesExecute agreed performance objectives by planning own work, tracking progress and proactively updating the reporting manager on achievements and risks.Prepare and review a personal development plan in consultation with the manager, identifying capability gaps and actions to build technical and behavioral skills.Analyze feedback from performance discussions, projects and stakeholders, and translate it into concrete steps to improve quality and efficiency of own work.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant professional practices, standards and systems through self-study, formal learning and professional networks.Collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal stakeholders, managing time, priorities and expectations to deliver reliable outputs.Demonstrate accountability by following RSG policies, meeting deadlines and escalating issues or constraints in a timely and constructive mannerJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or Corporate Governance, or a related fieldMinimum 6 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated proficiency in oral and written English. Corporate governance framework design and committee secretariat management. Policy architecture, delegation of authority and governance maturity assessment. Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Analytical thinking, problem-solving and structured decision-making.
