The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of the GRC function’s core registers and frameworks – spanning policy management, the risk register, compliance monitoring and third-party due diligence – ensuring documentation, evidence and tracking are accurate, current and audit-ready. Operating in a technology-first environment, the role maintains assurance and record-keeping across AI-assisted and automated workflows, coordinating access management and elevating reporting standards so that the organization’s digital operating fabric is documented and controlled to the same rigor as its financial and operational processes.Key AccountabilitiesGovernance & Policy Administration Own the policy register and version control, maintaining corporate policies, procedures and internal controls so all documentation is current, accessible to staff and audit-ready. Support the Governance lead in drafting, updating and distributing policies, and coordinate day-to-day activities and deliverables across the GRC team. Risk Management Maintain the enterprise and operational risk register, tracking the status of remediation plans through to closure and chasing owners for timely updates. Own access management coordination with the IT team (Teammate+), ensuring appropriate access controls and segregation of duties are applied and evidenced. Apply the concepts of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Policy Framework and risk appetite when maintaining and updating register entries.Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Maintain the compliance monitoring register, tracking regulatory and policy-compliance breaches to closure and reporting status to the GRC lead. Leverage AI-assisted tools to elevate reporting standards, improving the quality, consistency and timeliness of GRC reporting. Third-Party Due Diligence Support the GRC Manager with due-diligence activities on third parties, producing reports as needed and maintaining the DD log and supporting documentation.Who We Are Looking For1–3 years of professional experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or regulatory support roles. Exposure to maintaining risk registers, policy administration and compliance tracking in a multi-function organization. Education / Professional CertificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Law, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications in risk management or compliance advantageous.
