This role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and a focus on achieving store goals while maintaining a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate store team to meet sales targets and deliver top-notch customer service.Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking.Handle cash management, daily reporting, and store budgets.Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Ensure all Security standards (related to CCTV, security alams, etc) are being met.Keep self knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the Store Manager and take over in his/her absence.Qualifications:Proven retail management experience.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.Pleasing personality and positive attitude.Excellent negotiation & sales skillsExcellent product knowledge
