Assistant Manager HR

We are hiring for one of our clients, a new hydration drink brand!We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional with 7 to 8 years of core experience to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive key people initiatives. In this role, you will lead Performance Management Systems (PMS), oversee HR compliance, coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs, manage recruitment, and streamline HR processes using HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between management and employees to foster high engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

Location: Mumbai, AndheriCTC: 7-9 LPAWork Mode: 5 Days work from officeExperience  7 –8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries.  Experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.  Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR reporting tools.

Other Requirements  MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.  Willingness to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and travel occasionally, if required.
