Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition objective: To lead and manage the end-to-end Human Resources Function for the SSS Hyderabad branch, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The AM HR will partner with branch leadership to build a high-performance culture, resolve employee grievances, and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts to fulfill staffing requirements across all levels for the Hyderabad Branch in a timely and cost-effective manner. ● HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee daily HR Operations including seamless onboarding, induction, attendance tracking, payroll inputs, leave management, and structured offboarding. ● Employee Engagement & Relations: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment. ● Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to all local labor laws and corporate regulations (e.g., Hyderabad Shops and Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Minimum Wages). Coordinate with vendors and local authorities for audits.● Performance Management: Drive the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles for the branch, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms. ● Learning & Development: Identify training gaps in collaboration with business heads and facilitate skill-building, behavioral, and compliance training programs. ● Business Partnering: Collaborate actively with branch leadership to understand business goals, align HR strategies, and support workforce planning and retention. ● HR Metrics & Reporting: Track core HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, employee satisfaction) and prepare accurate HR MIS reports for senior management reviews.Qualifications – (Essential) ● GraduationAdditional Preferred ● Post-Graduation (MBA / PGDM in Human Resources) ● Certifications in Labor Laws or HR AnalyticsProfessional experience, skills, knowledge, and special expertise required: ● 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably spanning HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition within a B2B or services environment. ● Thorough understanding and hands-on experience managing Hyderabad state labor laws and statutory compliance. ● Proven track record of managing the complete employee lifecycle for a mid-to-large sized branch or unit. ● Strong commercial awareness with the ability to act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. ● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ● Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a small HR team with strong decision-making and execution skills. ● High proficiency in HRMS / ERP platforms and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). ● High ownership, empathy, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
