قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدج• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies, including manpower requestreview, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and offer coordination.• Partner with Department Heads to understand manpower requirements, develop sourcingstrategies and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.• Manage onboarding and employee integration, including pre-employment documentation,induction coordination, joining formalities and probation follow-up.• Coordinate the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA), consolidate requirements,prepare the training plan and budget, and maintain controlled training recordsand effectiveness documentation.• Support succession planning by identifying critical roles, coordinating managementdiscussions, maintaining succession matrices, readiness assessments and developmentactions.• Support the annual performance management cycle, including goal/KPI setting, cascading,review follow-up, completion tracking and related HR reporting.• Manage day-to-day administration of the employee medical insurance program, includingadditions, deletions, amendments, service issues, employee support and renewalcoordination.• Coordinate business travel requirements for management and employees in line withCompany policy, approved entitlements and budgets.• Provide day-to-day HR operational and employee-services support, including employeedocumentation, HR letters, policy guidance and selected employee-relations administration.• Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, employee data and system records; support accurateand timely monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting.• Support HR projects, policy reviews, ICFR / audit requirements, governance documentationand agreed remediation actions.• Support the Head of HR & Administration in departmental priorities and act as an HR focalpoint on delegated matters when required.Skills and Competencies• Strong end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition capability, with good understandingof learning & development, succession planning and performance management.• Sound knowledge of HR operations, employee services and UAE employment practices.• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, planning, organization, follow-up andproblem-solving skills.• High level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism and ability to work independentlyunder tight deadlines.• Strong analytical, reporting and data-management capability.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.• Strong working knowledge of SAP HCM and other HRIS / HR automation systems; abilityto maintain employee master data and generate HR reports and dashboards.• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline;CIPD, SHRM or equivalent HR qualification is an advantage.• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to talentacquisition and HR operations; prior Senior Officer / Senior Executive / Assistant Managerexperience preferred.• UAE/GCC HR experience is strongly preferred; experience within manufacturing, FMCG ora similar multi-functional organization is an advantage.• Hands-on SAP HCM experience and practical use of HRIS, recruitment platformsand HR automation systems are strongly preferred.# Individual Performance Measures
