The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll & benefits, and policy implementation. Daily tasks include coordinating with department leaders to identify staffing needs, managing HR documentation and records, handling employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations and internal policies. The role will also support training and development initiatives, contribute to employee engagement programs, and prepare HR reports and analytics for management. The HR leader is expected to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and serve as a trusted partner to both management and team members.QualificationsStrong HR operations experience, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and compliance requirements, preferably within a BPO or service-oriented environment.Proficiency in HR documentation, report generation, and use of HRIS or related systems.Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and monitor HR initiatives such as training, engagement activities, and performance improvement programs.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Experience in a supervisory or managerial HR role, particularly in BPO or similar industries, is highly preferred.
