The role will focus on implementing HR systems and processes, supporting recruitment requirements, and ensuring effective HR operations across ongoing projects.The position will work closely with the Senior Manager – HR & Admin.A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Support the recruitment of manpower for ongoing projects in accordance with PSI India’s HR policies and SOPs.2. Shortlist CVs, prepare candidate summary sheets, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.3. Facilitate reference checks, anti-terrorism checks, and verification of candidates’ credentials and employment history with previous organizations.4. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of payroll and non-payroll employee transactions in accordance with organizational guidelines and ensure proper maintenance of personnel files.5. Support the induction and orientation process for new employees, including communicating HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.6. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions in accordance with PSI India’s HR SOPs.7. Coordinate and manage the overall induction and orientation process for new joiners, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and formalities.8. Act as the process owner for attendance, invoice, and leave management for contractual/non-payroll staff. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely submission of attendance and facilitate the processing of monthly contractual fees with the local A&F team.9. Maintain and regularly update the employee insurance master and related trackers.10. Manage and monitor the online attendance and leave management system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.11. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of employee timesheets and leave applications on a monthly basis, ensuring that leave records are reconciled with attendance records.12. Perform any other HR-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.B. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE* Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.* 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.* Candidates with relevant experience in the development/non-profit sector will be preferred.* Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel.* Experience in using HRIS, attendance, leave management, or recruitment systems will be an advantage.C.
