Develop and execute the regional HR strategy in alignment with business objectives, workforce plans and organisational priorities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India.Translate business needs into people strategies, deliverables and measurable HR outcomes that support growth, operational efficiency and business performance.Lead the full employee lifecycle across the region, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, career development, mobility and offboarding.Partner with senior leadership and business heads to provide strategic HR advice, challenge decisions where appropriate, and ensure people considerations are embedded in business planning.Build and continuously improve the organisation’s HR framework, including policies, procedures, employee handbook, governance mechanisms, HR processes and standards.Lead organisational transformation and change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, employee adoption and sustainable implementation.Establish and maintain a robust performance management framework, including objectives, KPIs, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms and development plans.Develop and implement compensation, benefits, grading and rewards frameworks, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness and alignment with business requirements.Lead employee engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives, strengthening the organisation’s values, employee experience and sense of belonging.Manage employee relations and complex people matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant resolution while protecting the organisation’s interests.Ensure regional HR compliance and governance across applicable labour, immigration, employment, payroll, insurance and regulatory requirements.Oversee workforce and mobility requirements, including visas, work permits, quotas, employee transfers, business travel and country-specific employment requirements.Lead HR data, reporting and analytics, developing dashboards and insights covering headcount, workforce demographics, turnover, leave, vacancies, employee movements, project status and other critical people metrics.Use HR data and business intelligence to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing leadership with evidence-based recommendations for decision-making.Drive talent development and capability building, including competency frameworks, learning programmes, succession planning and leadership development.Partner with Finance and leadership on payroll, remuneration and workforce cost management, ensuring accuracy, governance and effective workforce cost optimisation.Lead HR-related risk management and business continuity, ensuring appropriate people plans and response mechanisms are in place during operational, geopolitical or business disruptions.Build scalable HR systems and digital processes, reducing manual dependency, improving data integrity and creating a consistent employee experience across regional operations.Lead and develop the HR team, establishing clear responsibilities, service standards, accountability and continuous improvement within the function.Act as a strategic people and business partner, leading people, inspiring transformation and driving measurable business results through effective HR leadership.
