A dedicated team works closely with clients to manage every detail, including customized menus and themed decor, collaborating either with external designers or in-house theme experts.Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support the HR function for The Heriytage Group, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with company policies. On a day-to-day basis, this role will coordinate hiring processes, maintain HR records, assist in payroll inputs, and handle employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will help design and implement HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture, support training and development activities, and ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and organizational standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Solapur, requiring close collaboration with operations, management, and event teams.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in core HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR documentation.Knowledge of performance management processes, HR policies, and compliance with local labor regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with HR software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting for HR metrics.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in hospitality, events, or service-oriented industries is preferred.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and creating a positive employee experience.
