Group Risk Management oversees the implementation of Al Hilal's risk objectives, identifying and addressing gaps in the bank's risk infrastructure/framework. Their responsibilities include nurturing the independence of the risk function, establishing provisioning policies, and introducing changes to energise risk awareness among front office personnel and decision-makers. Continuously tuning the risk organisation in line with market best practices, they manage Al Hilal's portfolio and associated risks to international standards, while establishing a clear risk culture across all areas of operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Bank's information security strategy, policies, standards and procedures.Identify, assess and manage information security risks across applications, infrastructure, cloud environments and business processes.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards and cybersecurity frameworks applicable to the banking sector.Partner with technology teams to integrate security requirements into systems, applications and digital initiatives throughout the development lifecycle.Review security architectures, technology solutions and business projects to ensure appropriate security controls are implemented.Conduct security assessments, risk reviews and control effectiveness evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.Support governance, risk and compliance activities, including policy reviews, audits, regulatory examinations and reporting requirements.Monitor emerging cyber threats, industry trends and regulatory developments, recommending enhancements to strengthen the Bank's security posture.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address security findings, risk issues and compliance requirements.Support incident response, investigation and remediation activities as required.Contribute to security awareness and education initiatives across the Bank.Prepare and present security reports, risk assessments and recommendations to management and relevant governance forums.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance information security processes, controls and capabilities.The ideal candidate should have the following experienceBachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Security Architecture, Application Security, Security Compliance or related fields.Experience within the banking, financial services or highly regulated industry is preferred.Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, CIS Controls and related regulatory requirements.Understanding of secure application development, security architecture principles, vulnerability management and risk management practices.Experience supporting security governance, compliance reviews, audits and regulatory engagements.Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.Preffered: Certified in one of the following CISSP,CISM,CCSP,CISA,ISO 27001 What we offer:Competitive Salary & Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.Comprehensive Benefits Package: This includes market-leading medical insurance, group life and personal accident insurance, paid leave and leave airfare, employee preferential rates on loans and finance facilities, staff discounts and offers, and children education assistance (for certain job levels).Flexible and Remote Working Options: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, subject to eligibility and job requirements.Learning and Development Opportunities: We value and facilitate continuous learning and personal development through a variety of exciting learning opportunities, such as structured instructor-led courses, a comprehensive e-learning catalog, on-the-job training, and professional development programs.At ADCB, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, caring and disciplined work environment that aligns with your career ambitions.
