Ensure adherence to these standards in daily operations.Attend department meetings, daily briefings, and training. Communicate effectively with superiors regarding any circumstances preventing adherence to schedules or assigned tasks.Execute tasks assigned by superiors within the department's operation and scope of the job, ensuring completion in a timely and efficient manner.Communicate with subordinates, colleagues, and other departments professionally and respectfully, regardless of the importance of communication.Treat colleagues and other department staff fairly and equally, always maintaining a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.Be aware of resort health and safety procedures, reporting any potential hazards to relevant departments promptly.
