The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spacesAbout the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - L&D to join Madinat Jumeirah from October 2026 onwards:The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Support the design and implementation of the Group’s Learning & Development strategy, aligned with business objectives and the Jumeirah vision.Support the development of leadership, coaching, mentoring, and talent development programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees.Conduct training needs analysis and contribute to the design and delivery of e-learning, workshops, IDPs, career paths, and other learning initiatives.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and L&D performance, preparing reports and sharing insights with key stakeholders.Support talent pipeline initiatives, including intern and graduate programs, national development, pre-opening and acquisition training, and culture and employee engagement initiatives.Contribute to L&D projects, budgeting, employee branding, and continuous improvement, keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging learning technologies.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field from an accredited university; CIPD or similar qualification is desirable.Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint and MS Visio.Experience with engagement survey platforms, data analysis, and action planning; exposure to Axonify, Adobe, SurveyMonkey, QR Code Generator, or similar tools is desirable.Strong business-level English, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into effective action plans.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
