Assistant Manager – Leasing

Job PurposeSupport and manage leasing activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and leasing targets.Lead the leasing team and ensure smooth and efficient leasing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and secure new property listings from landlords, property owners, and developers.Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to generate new leasing and listing opportunities.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's property listing portfolio.Ensure newly acquired listings are properly documented, priced competitively, and published across relevant platforms.Manage day-to-day leasing activities for residential and/or commercial properties.Achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.Supervise, guide, and motivate the leasing team.Monitor vacant units and ensure timely leasing.Handle property viewings, tenant inquiries, negotiations, and lease closures.Manage tenant relationships and support lease renewal and retention activities.Develop relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients, and potential tenants.Monitor market rental rates, competitor activities, and leasing trends.Ensure proper preparation and execution of tenancy contracts and related documentation.Prepare leasing performance reports and provide regular updates to management.Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE tenancy laws, and RERA requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in leasing, preferably within the UAE real estate/property management sector.Minimum 2 years of team supervision/leadership experience preferred business development.Strong knowledge of UAE real estate leasing practices and RERA regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship-management skills.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/leasing systems.Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
