Job Overview:The Agency Management role is responsible for supporting agency network operations, governance, financial control, and process optimization across the West Asia, Middle East & Africa region. This position plays a key role in driving regional performance, ensuring strict corporate compliance, and actively enhancing and expanding the agency network through new agency appointments and network establishment.Primary ResponsibilitiesAgency Network Governance & Expansion:Agency Support & Governance: Support regional agencies across West Asia, Middle East & Africa on corporate matters, agency network governance, compliance control, and the maintenance or revision of Agency Agreements.Network Enhancement & Establishment: Drive the enhancement and expansion of the regional agency network, including evaluating, appointing, and establishing new local agencies in addition to managing existing partners.Financial Analysis & Control:Financial Oversight: Perform regional performance analysis against budgets, assess P&L and balance sheet variances, and evaluate cash flow, working capital, and dividend proposals to align with corporate cash management targets.Financial Knowledge Application: Apply fundamental accounting and financial principles to monitor financial reporting and operational metrics across local agencies.Process Management & OptimizationProcess Evaluation: Evaluate business processes across Regional Headquarters (RHQ), local agencies, and Global Headquarters (GHQ) to improve productivity, establish clear global rules/responsibilities, and ensure seamless coordination.Macro Analysis & Alignment: Leverage cross-functional perspective to evaluate operations from a macro level and align cross-departmental workflows.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure regional agency operations strictly adhere to corporate accounting rules, governance policies, and the Delegation of Authority.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, International Business, or a related business discipline.Experience:3–5 years of relevant working experience supporting agency operations or regional management.Must-Have: Cross-functional or multi-departmental experience (exposure to multiple teams, functions, or business departments) to bring a broad, macro perspective to operational and financial analysis.Experience supporting regional countries within West Asia, the Middle East, or Africa is preferred.Technical Skills & Competencies:Basic accounting and finance knowledge (ability to interpret P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and budgets).Quick adaptability with a high capacity to grasp new outlines, operational frameworks, and business concepts rapidly.Proficiency in Google Suite and general workplace tools.Soft Skills:Strong analytical mindset with a macro-level problem-solving approach.Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
