Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance (IFM)

Prepare and analyse consolidated P&L information for the monthly Financial Report to the COO-IFM, including financial performance commentary, key variances and significant financial movements.Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including financial performance monitoring, trend analysis and variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Mid-Year Review (MYR), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic financial forecasts, including assessment of financial performance, key assumptions, risks and opportunities against targets.Monitor the financial performance of IFM entities and projects, highlighting significant variances, potential risks and areas requiring management attention.Coordinate and monitor monthly financial closing for existing entities and new SPVs under IFM projects, including occasional hands-on preparation of closing activities where required.Prepare and review management accounts and supporting schedules and notes for the Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Coordinate and ensure timely submission of management accounts and financial information to the Group Finance.Prepare, monitor and consolidate cash flow projections for submission to Group Treasury, including identification of cash flow requirements and potential funding needs.Coordinate year-end audit and tax submission matters, including preparation and review of supporting schedules and information, in liaison with external auditors, tax agents and relevant internal stakeholders.Perform financial analysis and other ad-hoc finance-related assignments as directed by the Manager, Finance (IFM) and/or COO-IFM.
