This role will play a critical part in ensuring the right products, services, vendors, pricing, quality and commercial terms are secured across our growing healthcare operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end procurement and vendor management for healthcare and operational requirements across GigaCare locations.Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage vendors across medicines, medical equipment, consumables, ambulance services, facility requirements, staffing and other operational categories.Drive commercial negotiations with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, favourable payment terms, service levels and long-term value.Manage RFQs, quotations, comparative statements, rate negotiations and purchase decisions.Lead contract negotiations and closure, including commercial terms, SLAs, payment terms, warranties, penalties and renewal clauses.Maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring adherence to agreed quality, cost, timelines and service expectations.Monitor and resolve vendor performance issues, shortages, delays, quality concerns and service escalations.Own the vendor payable cycle, including invoice validation, reconciliation, payment follow-ups and resolution of billing discrepancies.Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations, Customer Excellence and Site Teams to ensure timely procurement and payment processing.Maintain accurate vendor master data, contracts, rate cards, POs, agreements and procurement documentation.Track procurement spends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation, standardisation and consolidation.Develop and maintain vendor performance metrics, including cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness and SLA adherence.Support procurement planning and forecasting based on operational requirements across multiple client locations.Ensure procurement processes are aligned with internal controls, compliance requirements and healthcare quality standards.What We’re Looking For:4–8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management or commercial operations.Experience in healthcare, hospitals, occupational health, pharma, medical supplies, facilities or service procurement will be an advantage.Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to independently drive vendor discussions.Good understanding of contracts, SLAs, POs, invoices, payment cycles and vendor commercials.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage a multi-location vendor ecosystem.Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; experience with ERP/procurement platforms is preferred.Excellent communication, ownership and follow-through.Someone who can operate comfortably in a fast-growing, execution-focused healthcare environment.Why GigaCare?At GigaCare, procurement is not just about buying at the lowest price.
