We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence, service quality, and innovation across our retail cafés, vending solutions, and workplace coffee services.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Service to lead the service operations across Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab, ensuring seamless after-sales support and high service standards across CCD, CDX, and CDB businesses.The role requires a strong technical leader with excellent people management skills, customer orientation, and a process-driven approach to drive operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end service operations for the assigned region.Ensure timely closure of breakdown and preventive maintenance calls within defined TAT.Drive service quality and machine uptime through effective execution.Monitor spare parts utilization and inventory efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers through regular interactions.Lead, mentor, and develop the regional service team.Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and service processes.Drive customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements.EligibilityB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.Diploma + B.Tech candidates are eligible.Only Diploma holders will not be considered.8+ years of experience in service operations, technical support, or after-sales service.Candidates must currently be on the rolls of their organization.What We're Looking ForStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer and stakeholder management.Process-oriented with strong execution capabilities.Commercial acumen and analytical mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Other DetailsLocation: GurgaonCoverage: Haryana, Punjab & RajasthanReporting To: Regional HeadIf you're passionate about service excellence and enjoy leading high-performing technical teams, apply now !
