About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Manager, MD & CEO Office to support the Managing Director & CEO in driving corporate planning initiatives, business performance monitoring, strategic reporting, and key management projects.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management, overseas group companies, and key stakeholders to provide valuable business insights, monitor strategic initiatives, and support executive decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the MD & CEO Office in corporate planning, strategic initiatives, and business performance management.Monitor Company and Group Companies' KPIs, key projects, and strategic initiatives to ensure targets are achieved.Prepare corporate reports and performance updates for Management and AEON Financial Service (AFS).Liaise with AFS and overseas Group Companies on reporting requirements and corporate matters.Analyse the financial performance of the Company and Group Companies, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to Management.Prepare Board Papers, management reports, presentation materials, and executive dashboards for Management meetings.Consolidate and analyse business data to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.Track business performance against budgets and recommend improvement initiatives where necessary.Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action plans to ensure timely execution.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the MD & CEO.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Corporate Planning, or a related discipline.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Planning, Finance, Business Performance, Strategy, Management Reporting, or a related field.Experience supporting senior management or executive offices will be an added advantage.Strong analytical, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Why Join Us?Work closely with the Managing Director & CEO and gain exposure to strategic business decisions.Be involved in high-impact corporate planning and key business initiatives.Collaborate with local and overseas stakeholders across the Group.Excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.Be part of a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment.If you're passionate about corporate strategy, business performance, and working alongside senior leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
