Assistant Manager -Mechanical Industrial Construction

Rezayat Group’s E&C Cluster is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead site mechanical works and equipment installation for our NCC T&D KSA projects.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Monitor mechanical works and equipment installation in line with approved procedures 🔹 Review mechanical drawings and ensure submission of As-Built drawings to the client 🔹 Plan and schedule works, and prepare Method Statements, Rigging Plans and Work Procedures 🔹 Lead mechanical teams and manage manpower and resources effectively 🔹 Ensure compliance with QMS and HSE requirements 🔹 Coordinate with Planning, Project teams, clients and subcontractors

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering ✅ 12–14 years of experience in mechanical construction ✅ Strong knowledge of QMS, HSE, and machines and tools ✅ Strong coordination, time management and problem-solving skills
