Its networking products and services support small and medium-sized businesses, large enterprises, educational institutions, and government organizations across Pakistan.Role Description The Assistant Manager Network & Security (Pre-Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This role involves working closely with sales teams and clients to design and propose secure network solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices. Daily tasks include assessing client infrastructure, preparing technical proposals and solution designs, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting bids and tenders from a technical perspective. The individual will collaborate with engineering teams to validate solution feasibility, assist in proof-of-concept deployments, and provide pre-sales guidance on network security architectures and technologies. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of networking and security products, preparing documentation and presentations, and contributing to customer training and technical enablement activities.Qualifications Strong skills in Network Administration and general Network Engineering to manage, support, and advise on complex network environments.Proficiency in Network Design to create scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.Hands-on experience in Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and security best practices.Advanced Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose and resolve network and security issues during pre-sales evaluations and proof-of-concept activities.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Network+, Security+, or equivalent) are an advantage.Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused presentations and proposals; strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles, preferably within networking or cybersecurity domains.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
