Assistant Manager (Operation Alignment - Finance process)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations Alignment to join our Digital Transformation, Channels, Product Division. This role will play a key part in enhancing business performance through financial insights, process optimization, and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Review and improve business processes, workflows, and SOPs ✅ Translate financial data into actionable business recommendations ✅ Conduct product profitability and financial performance analysis ✅ Partner with business unit leaders to support operational and strategic objectives ✅ Provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making ✅ Manage reporting-related incidents, including investigation, impact assessment, and resolution ✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Requirements: ✔ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field ✔ Strong financial analysis and business acumen ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools are a plus ✔ Professional qualifications such as LCCI, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills ✔ Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal
