Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to play a key role in ensuring that our venues and facilities are fully prepared for launch and ongoing operations. You will work closely with various departments to assess operational readiness, identify potential risks, and implement strategies that promote smooth and efficient operations.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the largest entertainment and sports destinations in Saudi Arabia by supporting operational excellence from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support operational readiness activities across all project phasesConduct readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks prior to launchCollaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and readinessAssist in developing and delivering training programs for operational teamsMonitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and report on progressSupport continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processesMaintain documentation and communication regarding readiness status and action plansRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field4+ years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or related operational rolesStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management toolsAbility to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects is advantageous
