With three global headquarters across four continents, operations in 13 countries, 65 delivery centers and more than 66,000 employees, WNS combines scale, expertise and execution to create meaningful, measurable impact.Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Assitant Manager (Operations) will lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the corporate travel division, ensuring seamless service delivery to corporate clients, optimizing operational efficiency, managing travel consultants and team leads, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of corporate travel processes, supplier management, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management Oversee daily operations for corporate travel bookings (domestic & international air, hotel, car, visa, etc.). Ensure adherence to client travel policies, SLAs, and service quality standards. Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times. Manage escalations and resolve complex travel or operational issues promptly.2. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel consultants, team leaders, and operations executives. Conduct regular training and skill development sessions to enhance productivity and customer service. Set performance goals and monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, client satisfaction, and cost efficiency.3. Client Relationship Management Act as a key operational contact for major corporate accounts. Collaborate with account managers to ensure consistent service delivery and client retention. Handle client escalations and implement corrective measures where necessary.4. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data security standards. Implement and monitor SOPs across all operational functions.5. Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular operational performance reports and dashboards for management. Analyze trends in travel spend, supplier performance, and service quality. Recommend strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or related field (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or Team Leader role. Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) and online booking tools (OBTs). Familiarity with corporate travel policies, visa documentation, and travel compliance requirements. Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple corporate clients. Strong command on MS office (Excel , PowerPoint, etc ..)QualificationsGraduate
