We’re looking for a People & Change Professional who’s ready to help organisations navigate change and unlock the potential of their people.Well, if the shoe fits, then this is the opportunity for you!Role purposeThe (Assistant) Manager will join the People & Change team within Risk Consulting, with a core focus on managing and delivering HR and people transformation engagements, particularly technology-enabled transformation. The role combines HR expertise, consulting experience and practical transformation capability to help clients redesign and deliver changes to HR functions, processes, operating models, employee experience and ways of working, with technology as a key enabler.While People & Change will be the primary area of focus, the individual will also contribute to broader Risk Consulting and Advisory engagements. The role is client-facing and requires strong engagement management, commercial awareness, relationship building and business development capability, alongside project and change management expertise.Key accountabilitiesManage and deliver HR and people transformation engagements from assessment and design through implementation, transition and adoption.Advise clients on HR operating models, process redesign, digital HR, employee experience, HR technology opportunities and transformation roadmaps.Assess the impact of technology and broader business transformation on people, processes, structures, roles and ways of working, translating these into practical transformation interventions.Apply strong project management disciplines across transformation programmes, including planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue management, dependency management and progress reporting.Lead change management activities including change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption.Build trusted relationships with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders; facilitate workshops to define priorities, shape solutions and drive decisions.Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines, budgets, risks and quality, ensuring delivery in line with firm requirements and agreed commercial objectives.Lead and coach engagement teams, providing clear direction, constructive feedback and development support.Develop client and market relationships, identify opportunities arising from engagements, and contribute to proposals, presentations, thought leadership and follow-on work.Contribute to broader Risk Consulting and Advisory engagements where relevant, applying transformation, project management, change management and consulting capabilities beyond the core People & Change portfolio.Collaborate across Risk Consulting and other Advisory disciplines to develop integrated solutions and identify appropriate cross-functional opportunities.Maintain awareness of developments in HR, technology and transformation and translate relevant market trends into client opportunities and new advisory solutions.ExperienceMinimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including at least 5 years in consulting/advisory, HR transformation, change management or related transformation roles.Demonstrated experience leading or delivering HR, people or technology-enabled transformation programmes.Strong practical project management and change management experience within transformation environments.Experience across areas such as HR transformation, HR operating models, process redesign, digital HR, employee experience and/or HR technology.Demonstrated experience managing client engagements or significant workstreams, including scope, timelines, resources, risks and senior stakeholder relationships.Strong consulting capability, including structured problem solving, workshop facilitation, proposal development and business development.Experience coaching or managing junior team members and contributing to team capability development.Experience in the GCC / Middle East would be advantageous.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration with an HR specialisation, or a related discipline.Relevant professional qualification or certification in project management and/or change management.PreferredPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.Prosci, CCMP or equivalent change management certification.CIPD, SHRM or equivalent HR professional qualification.Formal training or certification in a major HR technology / HCM platform would be advantageous.Core capabilitiesHR & People TransformationChange ManagementHR Technology & Digital HRProject ManagementHR Operating Model & Process DesignClient & Stakeholder ManagementEngagement & Commercial ManagementConsulting & Structured Problem SolvingBusiness DevelopmentTeam Leadership & CoachingWhy join usIt is more than a career opportunity!
