- Recruitment operations and first-round screening — post and refresh mandates on job portals, LinkedIn and social channels; source and headhunt where required; screen applications; conduct first-round telephonic or video interviews; record structured screening notes; present a shortlist; schedule subsequent rounds; complete reference checks.
- Onboarding, induction and exit formalities — offer letters, appointment letters, joining documentation, day-one setup (systems, bank, insurance, identity card, unit introduction), confirmations, transfers, and the full exit process.
- Employee lifecycle administration — confirmation, increment, transfer, appreciation and warning letters; leave and attendance system; HR calendar; first point of contact for employee queries on salary, leave, benefits and documentation.
- Compliance and audit support — statutory registers and documentation across all locations, renewal tracking, audit-file assembly.
- Engagement execution and reporting — town halls, festivals, birthdays, milestones, offsites, internal communication; monthly people MIS (headcount, open positions, time-to-fill, cost per hire, attrition, leave liability, payroll cost). What We're Looking For

- Clear written and spoken English and Hindi
- Absolute discretion with salary and personal dataMeasures of Success
- Payroll processed and disbursed on the committed date every month, with nil correction entries
