Assistant Manager - Process Excellence (Manufacturing)

Job Role:Experienced professional with strong expertise in TPM & Lean Systems across FMCG & Process Industries. This role is for a Manufacturing Excellence person responsible for driving Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and strategic execution across multiple manufacturing units. The position requires a seasoned change agent with good expertise in TPM, Lean systems, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership. As a key driver of operational performance, this role will lead the deployment of Excellence strategies, standardize CI tools and templates, and oversee high-impact initiatives in QCD by low-cost automations, Innovative Kaizen Mindset, and debottleneckingRoles & Responsibilities:Drive TPM 8 Pillars & TPM Coordinator for the Plant as cultural transformation.Drive Smart Manufacturing Strategy & initiatives across PlantsRoad Map Preparation, Gap analysis & Strategy for improvementLine Balancing & Capacity PlanningLean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & Continuous ImprovementLean Tools exposure like VSM, SMED, Kanban & 7QC toolsDigitalization & Low cost automationProcess Optimization & Operational ExcellenceRoot Cause Analysis & Problem SolvingProduction Planning & Workflow OptimizationPlant Layout & Material Flow ImprovementConduct TPM SCM Reviews, MIS & KPI Reporting & OEE AnalysisTraining to team on TPM & Lean SystemsBudget Planning & CAPEX ExecutionESG & Sustainability InitiativesCross Functional Coordination & Team ManagementEducational Qualifications:Graduation or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.
