About the roleThis position is with one of DP World’s entities in the Philippines and will be employed under our Ports and Terminals business pillar.The Assistant Manager - Procurement is responsible for leading contractor sourcing, tender management, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and post-award contract administration. The role ensures that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with established company policies, governance requirements, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for managing end-to-end procurement, contract administration, and other responsibilities for assigned civil projects, particularly high-value and strategic tenders. Work closely with project, finance, legal, and operational teams to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes, manage contractual risks, and support successful project delivery.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceGraduate of Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fieldWith 5 – 10 year experience in procurement, quantity surveying, contracts management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial projects and in handling contracts or equivalent international construction contract formsWith good communication skillsProficient in MS OfficeEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO)DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
