ROLE SUMMARYDrives the execution of sport-focused training programs, onboarding, and athlete development initiatives across stores. This includes store-wide training plans, store visits, and execution of in-store training courses to ensure consistent delivery and impact. Ensures seamless coordination of training logistics, content, and delivery while partnering with store teams, HR, and key stakeholders to maintain alignment and execution excellence. Support in building a strong culture of continuous learning, identifying performance gaps, and activating training solutions that elevate athlete performance, enhance consumer experience, and drive business results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTraining Strategy & Execution: Develops and executes store-wide training plans, including store visits and in-store training delivery, aligned with seasonal sport priorities.Coordinates end-to-end training rollout across stores, offices, and distribution centers, ensuring smooth execution and follow-through.Content & Learning Experience: Adapts global content into locally relevant, sport-focused training while maintaining consistency in learning outcomes.Delivers engaging learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and service standards.LMS & Reporting:Manages LMS, training data, and records, ensuring accurate tracking of completion and participation.Provides regular reporting on training coverage, effectiveness, and impact.Stakeholder Collaboration & Needs Analysis:Partners with Store Managers, Ops & Area Managers, and HR to identify training needs and close capability gaps.Ensures clear communication and alignment on training plans and expectations.Onboarding & Development:Supports On-boarding and continuous development through structured learning, coaching, and on-floor experience.Performance & Continuous Improvement:Tracks training effectiveness, gathers feedback, and applies insights to continuously improve learning impact and business performance.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.2–4 years of experience in HR, training coordination, or retail learning roles.Exposure to retail operations or front-line training is an advantage.Experience with LMS systems, training logistics, or facilitation preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Good planning and organizational skills.Ability to facilitate basic training sessions.Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of learning cycles, TNA, and training evaluation.
