We enable you to learn, lead, and innovate through every stage of your journey, because the impact we make in healthcare begins with how you Grow with CCL.What You'll DoIn this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical engineering projects, from concept and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, handover, and project closure. You will coordinate CAPEX planning, technical documentation, vendors and contractors, project milestones, and commissioning and qualification activities, while ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will also support risk assessments, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and project reporting, ensuring that engineering deliverables and documentation are completed accurately and on time.You Are Good AtPlanning, coordinating, and monitoring complex engineering projectsCAPEX budgeting, cost control, and financial analysisManaging project timelines, budgets, priorities, and competing requirementsEvaluating technical specifications, project documentation, and engineering deliverablesCoordinating effectively with vendors, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teamsApplying cGMP, GEP, EHS, and engineering compliance requirements in a regulated environmentIdentifying project risks, resolving issues, and enabling timely decision-makingMaintaining strong documentation discipline throughout the project lifecycleCommunicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBalancing attention to detail with effective project executionWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.5–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical engineering, projects, construction, facilities, utilities, or another regulated industry.Experience in project execution, CAPEX management, equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and engineering documentation.Practical understanding of cGMP, GEP, commissioning, equipment and facility qualification, and engineering compliance requirements.Knowledge of pharmaceutical facilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, and critical engineering systems will be an advantage.Understanding of FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, change control, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, and project handover processes will be an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant engineering and project management tools.Who You'll Work WithThis role reports directly to the Senior Manager Engineering Compliance and works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.Across functions and geographies, CCL teams are united by a shared belief that great work happens when people feel valued, empowered, and supported.
