You’ll be at the forefront of facilitating employee visa and immigration processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the business in navigating government requirements with efficiency and professionalism.Things you will be doing as Assistant Manager – Public RelationsLiaise with UAE government authorities including (but not limited to) Immigration, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zones, Courts, Customs, and other relevant departments.Process, renew, and manage employment visas, residence visas, Emirates IDs, labor cards, work permits, entry permits, and dependent visas.Manage employee entry procedures including visa issuance, medical tests, biometrics, visa stamping, and onboarding formalities in coordination with HR.Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID biometrics, and visa stamping processes to ensure timely completion.Manage employee exit procedures including visa cancellation, labor clearance, and coordination with HR and Finance teams.Coordinate employee security deposit / guarantee refund processes upon exit, ensuring completion of all legal and regulatory requirements.Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and Free Zone requirements.Support audits, inspections, government inquiries, and official visits when required.Assist management with legal, regulatory, and government-related documentation and correspondenceMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all government-related documents, approvals, and employee data.Handle company trade license issuance and renewals, establishment cards, immigration files, and other statutory registrations.Monitor and track renewal dates for employee visas, dependents, licenses, and company registrations to avoid penalties.Keep management informed of updates and changes in UAE labor laws, immigration policies, Free Zone regulations, and government procedures.Handle legal requirements related to company-owned assets and board members’ assets as and when required.Coordinate and manage trademark registration processes for group entities.Manage employee and dependent data, including visa and document validity tracking and renewals.What Are We Looking For in You?Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field2-5 years of relevant experience as PRO / Government Relations within the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and Free Zone regulationsHands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Immigration, Free Zones, and other government authoritiesStrong understanding of visa, labor card, Emirates ID, work permit, and corporate licensing processesExcellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skillsStrong English and Arabic communication skillsAbility to manage confidential and sensitive matters with professionalismStrong attention to detail, organization, and deadline managementAbility to effectively handle regulatory issues, escalations, and government requirements
