Join Dialog Finance PLC as an Assistant Manager – Reconciliations and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely settlement of transactions across digital payment channels.Key responsibilitiesManage end-to-end reconciliation and settlement processes across digital payment platforms.Investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions, unmatched transactions, and settlement discrepancies in a timely manner.Perform accurate reconciliation of suspense, settlement, clearing, and operational accounts while ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with banks, payment networks, merchants, fintech partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve transaction and settlement-related issues.Monitor outstanding reconciliation items and ensure prompt closure of discrepancies.Support audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory activities by maintaining accurate records and controls.Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, exception analyses, and reconciliation summaries.Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency enhancements within the reconciliation function.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Reconciliation Operations.Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and settlement processes.Good knowledge of payment systems such as CEFTS, SLIPS, JustPay, and LANKAQR (LQR).Knowledge of international card schemes including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and reconciliation tools.
